As the Director of Marketing Operations & Strategy at Kia America, Megan leads Marketing Launch Strategy, Tier 1, 2, and 3 marketing and advertising, Media, Digital, Social, CSR, and DE&I. Prior to joining Kia in 2023, Megan acquired over two decades of Automotive experience, including holding several OEM-side marketing and strategy roles at Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Lincoln, and Genesis. She also spent 3 years at Meta, leading global product marketing for Automotive. Megan has a particular passion for building, rebuilding, and amplifying challenger brands.
Megan earned a BA from the University of Michigan. She also holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
