I help advertising agencies break into — and win big in — the public sector.

Over the past few years, I’ve secured more than $4 billion in government contracts for agencies of all sizes, from independents to holding company networks. My career began as the founder of a digital agency, later acquired by the largest independent ad agency (and 4As member!) in the Mid-Atlantic, where I served as President and led major growth into state and federal markets.

After that success, I shifted my focus from running an agency to helping others do the same — launching and now leading GrowthLab, a consultancy built to support the unique needs of the marketing communications industry in government contracting. Through GrowthLab, I’ve partnered with teams pursuing opportunities across local, state, and U.S. federal government, as well as select international contracts.

GrowthLab’s clients span the industry — nearly each of the holding companies to a range of high-performing independent firms. We bring hands-on, full-lifecycle support across business development, teaming, RFI / RFP strategy and development and M&A strategy — helping agencies simplify the complexity of government procurement and win work that matters.

I’m a frequent speaker at 4A’s and other industry events, and my work has been featured in Ad Age, Adweek, Federal News Network, PRovoke Media, PRWeek, The Drum, and ANA.
