Rich Hill is the Vice President of Client Experience and Insights at Tunnl, where he helps organizations translate data into strategy and action. He brings deep expertise in reputation research and the application of insights to decision-making, drawing on experience that spans Fortune 500 companies, global brands, and major sports leagues.
Before joining Tunnl, Rich served as Associate Vice President of Research Solutions at Morning Consult. Over the course of his career, he has advised organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, AB InBev, American Express, Kenvue, Comcast, the NFL, the NBA, Chobani, and New York Life on how to harness data for competitive and reputational advantage.
A Massachusetts native and Boston College graduate, Rich now lives in Washington, DC with his family.
