The National Retail Federation (NRF) is a great resource for insights into the back-to-class shopping season.

Includes data on planned spending, top products, consumer shopping habits, and where consumers plan to shop for back-to-school and college supplies.

This year, the NRF finds that more consumers will start shopping earlier for school supplies and essentials due to the impact of tariffs and inflation. As of early July, 67% of consumers already started their back-to-school shopping.
