The 4As 2025 Financial & Operational Dashboard—a redesigned and expanded resource building upon the 2020 Management Benchmark & Financial Barometers. This updated dashboard is tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s agencies while continuing to provide essential financial benchmarks and operational insights.

Survey Participation Overview:

The dashboard presents data collected from 117 agencies, with 85% identifying as full-service. Ownership structures among participants comprised 80% independently owned agencies and 20% affiliated with holding companies or private equity. 

Dashboard Features:

• Interactive comparisons by agency size and region
• Agency Time Metrics: Insights into timesheet practices, average personal time off, total holidays, and non-working hours.
• Comparison of billability targets and actual hours achieved, segmented by seniority and department.    
• Financial Benchmarks: Key indicators such as gross income per employee, current ratio, and debt-to-equity ratio.
• Gross Income comparison to available work time
• Interactive Comparisons: A key feature of the dashboard is the Agency Unique Identifier, which enables your agency to compare its own submitted data directly against aggregated benchmarks—including averages and interquartile ranges—across various operational and financial metrics. This personalized comparison provides valuable insights into how your agency's performance aligns with industry peers. Your agency's unique ID number is {ID Number}.
