Catalyte sources, assesses, and vets candidates, provides an extensive 8-week training, and then places apprentices with your agency on a contract basis.  Agencies can then experience their quality before committing to a full-time hire.  With a 90% successful placement rate, the partnership provides a more inclusive and de-risked hiring model for agencies.
