Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at the 4As
At the core of our mission, we design, advance, and oversee the talent strategies, processes and programs essential for hiring, deploying, developing, engaging and retaining top talent at the 4As —ensuring their contribution towards driving successful business outcomes.
Here is the latest update on our efforts to make all individuals feel like they belong in our organization. We will continue to share our organizational demographics on a quarterly basis.

Enhanced Talent Management Processes
- Our 4As University monthly Brown Bag Lunch sessions for this quarter included the topic below:
- Asana Training Overview
- Mindfulness Training
- The Life of Money
- Our monthly 4As University Manager Monthly Training initiative with the topics below:
- Effective Performance Reviews
- Mental Health
- Employment Law
- Continued our annual employee mandated Harassment Training to help create a culture of respect and inclusivity, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more productive work environment. The 4As continues to be 100% compliant in this initiative.
- The 4As Sip Break Initiative, where once a quarter, HR hosts a bonding-focused 45-minute Zoom session centered on building meaningful connections and creating shared experiences. This quarter’s topic was “Best Vacation Ever!”
Recruiting
- Continued posting openings in collaboration with the eQuest Advantage Network
- In addition to major job board aggregators, the network is comprised of Diversity, Veteran, LGBTQIA+ and Disability sites as well as local community-based organizations
- Welcomed 1 new hire to our organization.

At the 4As, it is important that we employ and recruit teams as diverse as the members we represent and provide them with the opportunities to grow and thrive within the organization[1].
