One of the industry’s most well-known trade organizations, the 4As, hosts one of the oldest internship programs in the industry. It’s called the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program, or MAIP and it’s almost 50 years old. MAIP is one of several 4As fellowship programs and it’s the most well-known of them all.
