Bob Morrison
Chairman
Bob Morrison is the founder and Chairman of Morrison, a celebrated Atlanta marketing and advertising agency. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Bob founded Morrison on Independence Day in 1986. Prior to that, he served as President of HutchesonShutze in Atlanta, and before that, he held senior management positions for prominent national agencies, including Needham Harper Worldwide and BBDO. He also worked on the client side as marketing manager for Black & Decker, Canada, and in media with Reader's Digest, Canada.
Bob is a widely recognized and well-respected advertising industry leader. He represents the southern region on the board of directors for the 4As. He is also the Global Chairman of ICOM – the International Communications Agency Network. The Atlanta Ad Club presented Bob with The Silver Medal Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to advertising and furthering industry standards, creative excellence, and responsibility in areas of social concern.
Bob’s brand experience includes the likes of Mitsubishi, McDonald’s, Porsche, Black & Decker, Siemens, McKesson, The Coca-Cola Company, Raymond James, Equifax, Kodak, Samsung, and many more.
In his community endeavors, Bob has a special interest in advancing the development and well-being of young people. He is past Chairman of the Board of Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Marist School, where he chairs the Communications Committee and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. He also coached NYO Football for many years and prides himself on successful team dynamics and leadership. Bob lives in Atlanta with wife, Kathy. They have two children and 4 grandchildren.
Amanda Forgione

Amanda Forgione is the CEO of Morrison, a modern, independent marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Atlanta. Amanda joined Morrison in 2000 and has grown her career across media, client leadership, and operational roles, including Account Director, Chief Client Officer, and COO. She has successfully led global business across five time zones concurrently, bringing both strategic clarity and day-to-day operational strength to complex client organizations. Amanda was named CEO in January 2023, with a leadership philosophy rooted in assuming positive intent and staying elastic as priorities shift.
Prior to Morrison, Amanda began her career at J. Walter Thompson. In 2020, she founded MPLOY, a sister agency to Morrison focused on talent recruitment, further expanding the agency’s commitment to building stronger teams and future-ready capabilities.
Amanda is an active member of the 4A’s and ICOM. She serves on the Atlanta 4A’s Council and participates in the ICOM Women’s Forum. Under her leadership, Morrison was recognized as one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work in 2025 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Amanda lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children, and three dogs. She is passionate about evolving the advertising industry to better support working parents and is proudly tech-obsessed, always focused on what’s next for clients, teams, and the work.
