Sharon Toerek’s law practice focuses on helping independent marketing, ad, and creative services agencies protect and monetize their intellectual capital, and manage the legal implications of their marketing and advertising work. This work now also includes advising agencies about the impact of their adoption of AI on their legal risk.Her national speaking engagements include INBOUND, Content Marketing World, MAGNET Global Agency Network, the Build a Better Agency Summit and Own It Summit.

Sharon has also created the Agency Protection System, an agency legal toolkit product, and is an approved participant on the 4As Legal Consultants Panel as well as the former President of the American Ad Federation Cleveland.
