
For this Women’s History Month, want to normalize everything from an unbiased sharing of household duties in our personal lives to women gaining an equitable share of power in executive roles. This year, we continue the conversation by imagining a gender equal world – a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together, we can forge women’s equality. Our theme for the month is inspired by the global theme for IWD, #BreaktheBias where we have compiled a resource guide with resources around implicit bias tests, financial advancement courses, inspiring podcasts, International Women’s Day.
