Marking this milestone, the company proudly unveils its newly fortified leadership team, now comprising an impressive 80% women, a remarkable achievement in an industry with historical gender imbalances.

The latest addition to this team is Caitlin Halpert, a former sales leader from 3Q Digital (DEPT) and Tinuiti. With over a decade of experience managing paid media prior to transitioning into a business development role, Halpert is adept at designing solutions that secure both short-term wins and long-term gains for clients.

Halpert joins a prestigious team of marketing leaders that includes Michelle Argan and Linda Warnock. The two recently joined Journey Further as the company prepares for a period of expansion in North America.

Linda Warnock, the former SVP of Marketing at DEPT and Senior Director at Dentsu’s Merkle, is the new SVP, Global Head of Marketing. She will be directing the agency’s strategic marketing efforts across both UK and US markets.

Completing this powerhouse leadership team is Beth Nunnington, VP of Organic Media, who has relocated to NYC from the Leeds office to take Journey Further’s leading relevance-first organic proposition to the United States.
