Navigating the future of AI regulation under Trump’s administration.
The repeated use of the term “czar” for existing and possible new roles in the incoming Trump Administration is an interesting development, considering the last real czar in history met an ending he probably would have preferred not to. Yet the popularity of the term somehow endures.
It’s recently been reported that the new presidential administration might create an “AI czar” role to oversee high-level AI issues, although it’s unclear where this new position might reside, and what power it might have.
