2025 Planned Salary Increase & 2024 Actual Salary Increase Report

The 2024 4As survey report delivers an overview of salary increases across member agencies of all sizes. Conducted in October 2024, the survey offers members valuable insights into 2024 salary trends and planned adjustments for 2025. Where applicable, it also includes comparative analysis using data from previous years to highlight trends and changes.

All 4As members were invited to participate in the survey. Responses were collected from 150 participants across 129 agencies. This year’s sample was split 80% independently owned and 20% part of a holding company. Eighty-six percent of the agencies included up to 150 employees, and 84% were classified as full service.

This report provides information on:

  • Percentage of agencies providing/planning salary increases in 2024/2025
  • Breakdown by type of increase (i.e., merit, market adjustment, promotion) in 2024/2025
  • Typical range of salary increases in 2024/2025
