McKinney, a premier 4As member, recognized that simply providing access to generative Al tools was insufficient to drive meaningful organizational change. While the agency had invested in proprietary Al initiatives and internal champions, they essentially had a “great gym” but lacked the specialized coaching required to help employees integrate these tools into their unique, daily professional workflows.
McKinney sought to move beyond passive learning, requiring a solution that empowered every team member to independently navigate their own Al journey.
