Device spoofing has been a pervasive problem in digital ads and a new device attestation based solution is being developed by Amazon Ads in collaboration with IAB Tech Lab’s Open Measurement working group. Integrated into the Open Measurement SDK (OM SDK), the device attestation solution based on the Privacy Pass protocol helps advertisers buy verifiably genuine inventory from Privacy Pass-enabled devices, which include Fire TV and Apple devices today.
