Agencies and their clients are using Generative AI for more and more tasks.  Since the 4As last webinar in May 2024 reviewing some of the legal and ethical issues associated with these activities, the environment in the U.S. has continued to evolve.  The Trump Administration has taken a different tack than the Biden Administration, revoking the 2023 Executive Order that outlined U.S. government priorities, and is reviewing existing regulations while drafting a new strategy.  Meanwhile, more and more states are issuing their own laws around these issues.  It is time for an update.
