After a decade at a traditional agency search consultancy, Casey realized the model needed to evolve to better help clients not just replace agencies, but optimize client+agency relationships to navigate an increasingly complex marketing environment. With this ambition to disrupt the traditional search business, he tapped into his entrepreneurial spirit and founded The Burnett Collective in late 2015.

Over the course of his career, Casey has consulted for 52 of the Fortune 100. He is recognized by clients for his knowledge of the ever-changing marketing landscape and has advised many leading advertisers across a variety of business challenges including JetBlue, LVMH, BP, BMW, New York Life, and Cigna, among others. He is consistently sought by marketers looking to drive additional revenue and achieve greater efficiencies from their marketing budgets. Casey regular contributes to industry thought leadership, and provides best practices on agency search and new business.
