Karen Faith

Karen Faith is the founder of Others Unlimited, built for groups who gather to get somewhere – started in 2021 because, as she sees it, all problems are people problems. She designs how people work together, building the working sessions that bring the best out of a team: strategic planning, communication training, annual meetings, retreats, or a fresh outside read when a room is stuck. A former ethnographer, her work has shaped initiatives at Google, Amazon, Indeed, Intuit, Applebee’s, Blue Cross, the Federal Reserve Bank, the NBA, the ACLU, and the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, to name only the cool ones. She’s an expert at reading the room, helping leaders lead better and teams collaborate more effectively. She’s an empathy expert named Karen, and the joke isn’t lost on her. Which is how she’s owned mics across five continents, and given a TEDx talk that has racked up nearly 3M views.
