As a former CEO and senior media executive, I believe courage fuels change, learning sustains it and purpose gives it meaning.

Today, I also have the privilege of overseeing the 4As Foundation, where we put our industry’s ethos into action, expanding access, creating opportunity and investing in the next generation of talent. The Foundation’s work reflects a core belief that meaningful progress happens when purpose is paired with commitment.
