Tara DeVeaux is a CEO and private equity operating executive who works at the intersection of growth strategy, brand, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as CEO of BCG Worldwide and Burrell Communications Group, where she partners closely with ownership and board members on growth strategy, operational discipline, financial performance, and long-term value creation.
Since 2023, she has led the transformation of Burrell from a legacy advertising agency into a modern marketing and cultural intelligence network, repositioning the agency and modernizing its capabilities across strategy, creative, data, and digital. She also led the company through its first acquisition and continues to lead acquisition strategy as part of the agency network’s growth and value creation plan.
Earlier in her career, she worked in entertainment marketing while at BBDO New York and Wild Card Entertainment Group in Los Angeles – working with HBO, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney and Sony – helping ensure their marketing campaigns were as compelling as the stories themselves— an experience that continues to shape her belief that the most successful companies must build worlds, tell stories, and create emotional connections in order to drive long-term growth.
