From Congress to state capitals nationwide, the 4As Government Relations team is committed to ensuring advertising agencies have a voice in shaping laws and regulations on critical issues such as labor, taxation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, truth-in-advertising laws and data privacy. Headquartered in Washington, DC, our team frequently collaborates with other advertising trade associations, brands,  publishers, business groups, ad tech companies and other stakeholders to build strong coalitions that amplify our members’ voices and drive favorable legislative and regulatory outcomes for the industry. We keep our members informed about 4As advocacy efforts through quarterly Policy Pulse newsletters and policy updates in the 4As weekly Resource Roundup. Additionally, the 4As Government Relations Committee—comprising representatives from both independent agencies and large holding companies—meets twice a year to help shape the association’s policy priorities and positions.
