4As Return to Office Survey Report
The coronavirus pandemic has completely uprooted the way people work on a global scale and professionals across all industries around the world are confronted with the need to rethink their company infrastructure. Since effective vaccines are readily available, a key question when it comes to Return-to-Office (RTO) is whether companies should revert back to business as usual or embrace a new way of working. The 4As canvassed our member agencies on this hot topic to gain a better sense of how things are shaping up within the realm of advertising. Our results captured responses across 137 agencies, mostly independent, across the United States and yielded a mixed bag of mindsets regarding best practices. Our hope, as always, is to provide you with accurate statistics about your fellow agencies, share schools of thought, and move the industry forward as a whole.
