The three agencies awarded with an Inclusive Workplace distinction have demonstrated a commitment to keeping up with the evolving needs of DE&I by continually updating their approach to meet the needs of the moment.
To foster a more inclusive workplace, UM offers training on managing diverse teams and challenging everyday bias via its Inclusion Matters platform. It also makes an effort to upskill its diverse talent through various initiatives including a mentorship program with its client Kenvue, as well as She Runs It’s Executive Class Program and the 4As Vanguard Development Program.
