Each year, the 4As Foundation and advertising community presents a variety of scholarships and awards to recognize the achievements of students, professionals, organizations and industry legends. Awards include the Gladiator, Paragon, Pantheon, and MAIPers To Watch, to name a few.

Agency Of The Year
The MAIP Agency of the Year Award recognizes an agency that has made significant contributions to the MAIP fellowship and its alumni through its ongoing commitment to learning, development and growth of the community.
Gladiator
The Gladiator Award is a symbol of extraordinary achievement and fearlessness in the corporate arena. Its recipients have been steadfast and unyielding in challenging conventional wisdom and in transcending the status quo.
Pantheon
The Pantheon Award is given to a transformational leader who is highly regarded as a cultivator, supporter and champion of talent.
Paragon
This award represents the epitome of excellence and top talent within the MAIP community and nominees and winners are a 4As Foundation or MAIP Alumni with 15+ years of professional advertising/industry experience.
MAIPer To Watch
MAIPers to Watch recognizes and honors MAIP Alumni who have 3-8 years of experience, and have made significant strides in their chosen career.
McCann Worldgroup's Billy Davis Award
The Billy Davis Award, powered by McCann Worldgoup, was created in honor of Roquel “Billy” Davis, a legendary songwriter, producer, music director, and Advertising Hall of Fame alum.
Honorable Acts of Service
This award is given to an industry agency/partner who goes above and beyond to support the 4As Foundation through a generous act of service, donation or contribution of resources.
Industry Change Maker
This newly established award recognizes an organization for their visionary, innovative, and collaborative work to advance equity across identities within the creative industry.
