How To Become A MAIP Host
MAIP Hosts provide a full-time paid internship from June through August 2026, and support our interns as part of the 4As Foundation overall Fellowship program. If you are committed to nurturing best-in-class students interested in advertising, marketing and creative industries, hosting a MAIP intern is a great way to invest in the future of your organization.
Please fill out the below host interest form by December 12th, 2025 to secure a MAIP intern for Summer 2026.

Improved Program Timing
MAIP hosts will select their interns and provide offers in Feb 2026.
Access to Early Talent Pipeline
All MAIP Hosts in 2026 will get access to the Talent EBook including resumes of all interns from the current class.
Host Profiles
Hosts will be able to showcase their organizations to MAIP applicants on our selection technology platform, which allows applicants to understand - and express their interest and excitement about prospective host organizations.
Thoughtful Selection and Efficient Placement
The selection process is designed for hosts to carefully and thoughtfully extend offers to MAIP candidates within a two week selection window. Hosts will be notified within 24 hours whether their selected intern has accepted the offer.
Program Overview
Programming & Skills Training
- MAIP Virtual Spring Training: An immersive, eight week program designed to provide our fellows with a clear understanding of agency fundamentals, client relationship management, and campaign process. This training ensures fellows are confident and ready to apply their skills in the agency environment.
- MAIP Labs: A series of weekly virtual enrichment sessions to equip fellows with the professional acumen needed to succeed in their internship.
The Face of Talent
Our annual celebration bringing together the 2026 MAIP fellows from across the country to New York on August, 11th 2026.
- MAIP Career Fair: Hosts can engage with MAIP Fellows in person with organizations to share more about upcoming opportunities after graduation.
- Portfolio Review: An opportunity for Fellows to schedule one-on-one sessions with creative leaders or recruiters to have their summer portfolio reviewed.
