This 15-minute session establishes a common language around the Six Points of Difference and provides a space for participants to ask questions, start discussions, and highlight challenges.

4 live, virtual-led sessions challenge participants to apply industry-specific insights across the campaign journey. Learners collaborate in group activities, evaluate current work, and define an inclusive vision for the agency.

The toolkit contains practical resources like checklists, case studies, and insights from leaders in the industry. Participants also receive a copy of the program and all group work they’ve completed.

Session

Setting the Vision (90 Mins)

Outcome: Participants will define the key qualities for an enlightened campaign at your agency with regard to the six points of difference, the common challenges they face, and the agency’s mission.


Session

The Enlightened Campaign Journey (120 Mins)

Outcome: Participants will develop a lens for eliminating bias and identifying opportunities for inclusivity across the process as a whole. This session will promote shared accountability and contextual understanding for subsequent role-based drill-downs.

Examining Your Focus (120 Mins)

Outcome: Participants will align on what inclusivity looks like in creative content, through case studies and other examples.

Enlighten Your Process (90 Mins)

Outcome: Participants will analyze and revise their processes, ways of working and apply them to your upcoming campaign around the photoshoot.
