Training, Education and Development 

The Training, Education and Development Division oversees 4A's training and education programs as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives such as the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), and scholarship programs, including Operation Jump Start III. Staff also work closely with The Center of Excellence in Advertising, a partnership with the John H. Johnson School of Communications at Howard University.
