If you submit a proposed Patent of Interest to the Patent Forum section of the 4A’s Web site, we will consider your submission and may choose to post your proposed Patent of Interest on the Web site. We will discard your submission after we consider it and will not keep a record of who submitted patents or patent applications for consideration.
The 4A’s does not disclose, share, release, publish, disseminate, rent, or sell any personally identifiable information to any third parties, but please be aware that if the 4A’s combines with another organization or otherwise disposes of its assets (such as, for example, in a bankruptcy proceeding) another entity may acquire from the 4A’s the user information we have previously collected.
You have the right, at any time, to review and/or modify any of your personally identifiable information that you provide during registration, or any other voluntarily provided information. You may also remove yourself from our active databases of e-mail lists.
