Anthologic Adds to Services with Acquisition of Flatout

(November 11, 2021) DES MOINES, IOWA: Anthologic, a Des Moines-based marketing and technology collective, has acquired Flatout, a company focused on building brands, crafting environments and engaging touchpoints.

With the addition of Flatout, Anthologic adds even more depth to the marketing and technology services it provides.

Flatout joins Blue Traffic, Performance Marketing, Shift Interactive and Vector Haus under the Anthologic collective. These companies can work separately or together efficiently when a bigger solution is needed.

With offices in Des Moines and Grimes, Iowa, and Atlanta, Georgia, Flatout helps elevate its customers’ brand image through store signage, point of purchase, customer engagement, program management and more. Currently, the company primarily serves the automotive industry, in addition to clients in the pharmaceutical and communication markets.

“We have been working closely with Anthologic for a few years now. Partnering with them has allowed us to offer a full package of marketing services to our clients,” said Wayne Marshall, president at Flatout. “Business has really taken off in the last year and we fully believe this collaboration is a win-win for all parties involved. It makes us all that much stronger.”

Established in 2011, Flatout has 12 employees, in addition to the 78 under Anthologic. In April, they upgraded to a bigger warehouse facility to better serve the expanding fulfillment needs of their clients.

Anthologic has also announced Tom West, production director at Performance Marketing, is transferring over to Flatout. With this move, West is now the vice president, general manager and partner at Flatout.
