David Jones, Global CEO of Havas, today announced two key management moves. Andrew Benett, currently Arnold Worldwide Global CEO, is appointed to the new role of Global President at Havas Worldwide (previously known as Euro RSCG).

Havas has implemented a unique business model placing digital at the core of all its activities and agencies, unifying creative and media assets and strengthening the visibility of its global brand by renaming its largest network.

Havas and McKinney announced today that McKinney’s management has acquired 100 percent interest in the agency from Havas.
