The 4A’s Incubator membership program is designed to support new independent advertising agencies. Once a month, members meet to discuss various aspects of agency management and 4A’s resources, data and guidance. Each monthly meeting is led by a 4A’s thought leader to guide you through their team’s offerings in a structured cadence befitting startup agencies. It’s a white-glove tour of the most vital, of-the-moment resources that founders need to ensure their agency has the right stuff in place to guarantee longevity and success.

Program-wide discounts to 4A’s events and other paid offerings
The first half of the monthly meetings is dedicated to the agency management topic of the month. The remaining time, 45-60 minutes, is an intimate forum for startup principals to discuss their agencies’ growth, success stories, pain points, and contemporary issues in our industry.
After the first year of membership, Incubator members will have a financial review to gauge progress and discuss next steps. The review is led by members of our Business Intelligence & Insights team and serves as an introduction to the process of becoming a full 4A’s member agency.
It can be lonely at the top of an organization, so we have two cohorts beginning each year and you will go through the Incubator program together as a cohort. The cohort community is similar to our CEO Forum Program, which members regularly say is the most valuable aspect of 4A’s membership.
