Cronin Launches CX / UX Podcast Series

Sandwiched between New York City and Boston, Connecticut lacks a strong voice to support our powerful local work in user and customer experience. A number of professionals from local organizations are creating experiences that deserve to be showcased as a dimension of the kinds of thinking that are happening in our small state.

Each podcast episode will feature one local UX/CX leader and be approximately 20–25 minutes long, with a interview questions sent to interviewees ahead of time and designed to facilitate a conversational style.
