Nancy Horrow elevated to run department; DeNeatra Love joins as account director
CHICAGO – R/GA, the company that creates transformation at speed, today announced changes to its Chicago client services department to include Nancy Horrow being promoted to managing director, client services and the hire of DeNeatra Love as account director. These appointments come at a time when the R/GA Chicago office is taking steps to solidify its investment in diversity and strong talent to drive the best ideas formed from insights and technology for clients.
Nancy Horrow stepped up as managing director, client services in early 2019 and continues to oversee a talented team to drive transformative results for the office’s expanding portfolio of clients like Cleveland Clinic, Cars.com, Harley Davidson, PepsiCo, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Prior to joining R/GA Chicago in 2018, she spent time at Ogilvy’s Chicago office, where she led teams for both Kimberly-Clark and SC Johnson, in addition to leadership positions at Digitas and Tribal DDB.
Hired on as an account director in April, DeNeatra Love will support Nancy in her vision to be a strategic partner to clients and transform their businesses. DeNeatra’s former experience consisted of senior account positions at McCann Worldgroup, DDB Worldwide, and Campbell Ewald, where she leveraged insights to inform 360 communications strategies. In addition to this, she spent time on the brand team at Domino’s Pizza Corporation and managed the marketing plan development for product and tech launches, as well as brand communications.
“One of R/GA’s greatest strengths is having a strong and diversified leadership team to drive the data-driven and tech-focused ideas that not only move culture, but move the needle for client partners as well. Nancy is a tremendous addition to the R/GA Chicago management team and DeNeatra’s categorial expertise will strengthen what we are able to offer across product and service and communications work,” said R/GA Chicago’s SVP, Managing Director Jeff Brecker.
