Now Available! 4A’s 2023 Diversity in Agencies Survey Report

 

The 4A’s continues to advocate for the business imperative of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within the industry. While we’ve seen progress in some areas, we know that remaining steadfast and accountable to DEIB commitments helps us continue to take meaningful action towards creating sustainable change.

The 2023 4A’s Diversity in Agencies Survey was voluntary, and data was collected from independent and holding company agencies, both members and non-members. The data gathered remains confidential and only aggregated data will be shared externally.

Background
As we look ahead, the survey data will allow us to expand DEIB benchmarking, gather deeper insights, and identify successes and challenges to progress over time. The survey also serves as a resource for agencies to leverage in creating greater awareness of DEIB opportunities to create better business strategies, amplify workplace culture, and attract, retain, and produce the best talent.
Sustainable change is rooted in being able to measure progress through actions. This survey provides the foundation on which we can build a better culture of belonging, and actively demonstrates inclusive behaviors that cultivate a greater sense of trust amongst the industry, with our people and with our clients.

The 4A’s 2023 Diversity in Agencies Survey Report is available for purchase through the 4A’s. 4A’s members and agencies that participated in the study have received a complimentary copy of the report. The cost for 4A’s members that did not participate in the study is $350 for the PDF Report. The cost for non-4A’s members is $600 for the PDF Report.
