What It’s Like At: Doe-Anderson

Ever dream of living in Louisville? Or wonder what it’s like to work at a Kentucky-based ad agency? Here’s a look at the work culture at Doe-Anderson. As part of the 4A’s series What It’s Like At…, we hope to give agency people the chance to expand their horizons and experience life at other agencies across the country. Here’s what Doe-Anderson says about itself:

At Doe-Anderson we have been helping our clients compete and win since 1915, or about five years before the first radio news broadcast. From our home base on Louisville’s Main Street (in an adapted whisky warehouse), we move brands where customers are headed—before everyone else gets there.

Having seen hundreds of our competitors have their moments and then disappear from the scene, we know from daily experience that the forces of change are unavoidable. But letting them sweep you away into irrelevance isn’t.

That’s why we’ve continued to thrive into this, our hundredth year of existence. And it’s why our clients continue to benefit from our ability to see what’s coming and to help them adapt as necessary to stay relevant and top-of-mind with the right audience. It’s why we’re here.

In our opinion, the alternative just isn’t a very interesting place to be.
