The 4A’s joins advertising trades, including the American Advertising Federation (AAF), Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), to oppose an expanded California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) Private Right Of Action that would include all violations of the CCPA, not just data breach.
