Training within 4A’s Member Agencies

 

How are agencies supporting their employees through training and development opportunities during the pandemic? The shift to remote and hybrid work environments has brought a renewed focus on the connections among employee performance, retention,  job satisfaction and the availability of training and development resources. This survey will assist 4A’s member agency leaders in both assessing and investing in their own learning cultures by providing benchmarks related to training investment, curricula, and infrastructure.

The survey covers:

  • How are agencies determining their training budgets?
  • Where are agencies allocating their training spend?
  • Who is responsible for determining an agency’s learning culture?
  • What are the biggest training areas of focus and need?
  • What technology platforms comprise most agency learning ecosystems?

The 2021 Training within 4A’s Members Survey Report is available for order through the 4A’s. 4A’s members that participated in the study have received a complimentary copy of the report. 4A’s members that did not participate in the study can also receive a complimentary copy of the report.
